The entire process and conversations will be made through one of those social media.

All information provided must be clear and concise. You must add visual references.

All my work is based on my drawing style. I'm not going to copy another artist's style.

Most of the commissions I make are streamed (on Twitch), so if you don't want my followers to see the progress, or if you don't want I post the final art on my social media, you have to let me know beforehand and pay an extra fee which is detailed in point 5.

Do not appropriate, copy or sell my work.

The client will be able to choose if pay the 100% or 50%.

Must be paid full/half up-front, that means that once the payment is made I will start the commission.

In case the client chooses to pay the 50% first, the other half must be paid when the sketch has been accepted by the client.

Payment methods is through VGen (Payment can be done through paypal and debit/credit card in your local currency)

Paypal/Vgen fees are included in the prices listed.

You will be able to make two corrections free of charge:

Sketch+base color of your commission. At this point you can request all the changes you want.

Halfway through the coloring process: You will be able to correct minor details, such as color adjustments.

After that, if you want all changes will require an additional fee.

ONLY FOR ANIMATED EMOTES: An extra revision when I'm animate the emote.

ONLY FOR VTUBER MODELS: For vtuber models I start cutting when I finish paiting, so, when the model is finished the client will have an extra revision before cutting process.

Feel free to ask me for updates if you want to see more of the process.

The estimated turnaround it will depend of the commission and if I'm working on multiply commision.

In general it takes me 2 weeks or 1 month to finish. Anyway, I will always inform the times that will take the commission and I can adapt to the client's needs as long as it is respected that I work from Monday to Friday.

If you need a special date, you MUST tell me before hand.

The work will be sent through Google Drive. You will receive a link to your email where the folder with the files will be.

As the artist, I hold the copyright of my works.

I have the right to use artworks for promotion purposes (commission samples, speedpaints).

If you wouldn't like your commission to be posted, let me know in the order form.

Please, DO NOT re-sell the commission.

DO NOT edit my work.

Commissions are not to be used or sold as cryptocurrency, NFT's or A.I training.

You as the commissioner may:

Repost the art with proper credit to my social media handle.

Print the art for your personal use only and not for profit.

Use it as your display picture or header on social media.

Private commissions: I have the right to upload all the art I made in my gallery or social networks with a watermark. If you do not agree, you must pay an extra 50% of the total price.

Extra character: +60% of the original price per extra character. This value can increase depending of the difficulty of the character.

Background: +30 USD and up. The price depends on the complexity.

Commercial use: +100% extra of the original value. Applicable for art made for books, pillows, merchandise, stickers, etc.

You will receive .png files of the specified sizes for use as merchandise.
